Insuficient Shipping Information

Hi. On Friday (8th May 15) I bought a universal RGB low end car video interface from car solutions. Upon creating my account I entered my UK England shipping address. I got the confirmation email a few hours later confirming my payment (from paypal).

The next day (Saturday) I received a message telling me that the shipping information is not sufficient and to contact the sales manager for additional information. I have sent an email asking to explain what exactly this means, but as I sent it late Saturday night I am presuming I won't hear back till sometime Monday.

I have never had a problem with my shipping details in the past buying things from all over the globe. I am a verified paypal user so my verified shipping address is logged there. I live in mainland England.

Can anyone explain what could be the problem?

If you wrote to the sales manager, s/he should have already answered you.
