Camera not working

Hi. Im hoping you can help. I have fitted a kit on my dacia stepway. But i cant get the camera to work. The yellow camera wire has 2 short red wires coming off it. Not sure if they need to be connected or do i need to do a software download. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hello.
Note! Input for rear view camera should be activated by Renault dealer or using alternative Menaco firmware.
