Camera 2016 VW Touran with trailor assist

I have a 2016 VW Touran with trailor assist (trailor assist use the camera to detect the angle on the trailor) for some stupid reason same camera that also are used as a rear view camera are not "activated" as a rear view camera , and VW do not want to "activate" the camera because the car was not delivered with that option .. (fault from seller) Do you have a way to either activate or to use same camera as a rear view camera?

Unfortunately, we have no solutions to activate rear view camera function or use OEM rear view camera in this head unit.
