Audi Q3 for my vehicle Wed-Back View Camera Module solution from the firm I bought it.However, due to software problems that the product sent did not display.I went 4 times to the technical service.Technical service 500km between my house,they sent me the product was unable to transfer image.The company e-mailed technical assistance I have requested video and I sent the photos,but they were unable to offer me a solution.They didn't send him I wanted a refund.I suggest to be careful when purchasing products from this company

Have you connected the video interface near the MMI unit and not behind the monitor as we wrote you before?
According to your video and photos you've connected your video interface incorrectly.
As for replace/repair/refund please contact sales department http://car-solutions.com/en/information/contacts.html . However, first we recommend you to check LVDS connectios of the interface.
