hi, is the 8 ″ Touch Panel is compatible with a lexus ls460 nav. screen?

This car already has touchscreen, why customer want one more?
One more tochscreen can not be placed over the standard one because the deafult one wouldn't work.
Did customer broke default tiuchscreen and want to replace it?
Or in this case installed display doesn't have touchscreen and customer want to manage some additional devices with the touchscreen?
