Video Inputs show black screen only

I recently ordered a Vehicle Video Interface kit for my Mercedes W211 (it was item # 811844, my invoice number is: 2817382). I finally got everything hooked up per your online instructions. Everything seems to work fine, except I cannot get any picture on the video inputs other than my main car monitor. My car monitor works OK, and I can toggle through the various inputs (Video 1, Video 2, and even the reverse camera), but they are just black screens. When I hook up an input to it, the black screen shows some interference or wavy lines, but no video. Reading the directions, I removed the box, toggled switch number 6, and reinstalled. The result was the same. Is there something else I am doing wrong, or is this a defective unit?

If you have HU Comand 220 with Sharp matrix, unfortunately, we have no solutions for it.
