Hello,

I have the Problem that the rear cam is not turning on automatically. Once I unlock my car, start the engine and put in reverse the rear cam doesn't show up. I have to go to the menu just for a second without changing anything. Suddenly the rear cam pops up. It seem that I kind of activate the module when I go on the Menu. Once I did this "activation" the rear cam is working properly and switches on at any time. Even when I switch of the engine it is working. But if I switch of the engine, step out and lock the car I have to do the "activation" again.

Please help me to power on the rearcam at any time.

Also, please write the model and model year of the car, whether the camera, which is connected to the interface, is the OEM or aftermarket one.
