Rear Camera not detected

Hi,
i have a BMW E61 2009 and bought this:

The manual is until V5.1 and the module is 5.4
I do not have the button on the steering wheel its another one. Also the cic-controller works only with the menue button to change the input from the cic to the interface. The rear camera is not shown when i use the rear shift. No automatic gear.
When i change the chinch from the rear input to AV1 i get a picture.
Which car model do i have to use? F01? Dip is only 7 on. CAN Detecting is also on.
Everything works but not the rear camera automatic and the cic controller.

Hello,
please, check CAN H/L connection once again, if it is connected correctly that means the interface is not compatible with your car model and you need to connect the wire from the rear light to the interface via the REAR contact. Then select LAMP instead of CAN in the menu.

Damnit. This took me to much time. The plug for the camera out 12V + and - was wrong by the manufactor. It was original on pin 2 and 3. I never had +12V. I disconnect the plug and measured that on the interface pin 1 is +12V. I changed the plug to pin 1 and 3 and now i have voltage.
But the rear camera is still not detected. On AV1 i get an picture. Also the split doesn´t work proper. The pip is not available and the splitscreen cuts off the PDC.
Seems so that my E61 with CIC dosn´t fit to this interface.
But what interface does?

And i forgot. I ordered V5.1 and got V5.4. There is no guide for 5.4 available.

Sorry for not answering for so long, we had holidays.

The video interface package content should contain the cable for rear view camera. Use it, the red wire = +12V, the black one - GND.

Also the split doesn´t work proper. The pip is not available and the splitscreen cuts off the PDC.

What is the size of your monitor?

But what interface does?

You have the car of transitional model year, so it is probable that this video interface may not fit your car.
