2012 Volvo XC60 Interface Turning Off

Hello, I've just returned home from my third try, second installer, and second unit (https://car-solutions.com/en/video-inte ... 014-my.php) to try and get the interface working on my 2012 Volvo XC60. They've been able to get the unit working correctly for about 20 minutes or so, but after that, putting the car in reverse does nothing and the interface stops working.
They've tried many different combinations of dip switches, 1,7 ON (what the manual says), 1,6,7 ON, 1,4,5 ON etc.. We cannot figure out how to get the interface to stay working more than 20 minutes. Once it turns off, you need to take the dash back apart to get it working again. Do you have any recommendations or is there a specific DIP switch combination that needs to be done in order to keep the interface working correctly?

1. Not sure about the power source. I sent this link to my installer and he can hop in here as well to answer.
2. The first time, dip switches were 1,6,7 ON. That worked and then shut off 20 minutes later. This last time, the installer did a different combo that worked as well but then shut off. He can hop in here to answer about the latest install.

And video interface turns off after some time or what the problem is?

Exactly, it will work and you can drive around for a short period of time and it will work. Then, if I shut the car off and turn it back on, it won't work anymore.

Unfortunatly, no. I would need to bring it back to the installer and have him do this video during a time when you aren't on chat. Either way, the video would simply show me putting the car into reverse and the interface not working.

Maybe it's not the interface but the rear view camera doesn't work? Can you switch between inputs or enter the menu when the rear view camera doesn't work?

Once the interface goes off, you can't enter the menu or switch inputs. It's as if the interface was never installed.

This is a very strange interface behavior, considering that this is the second device with the same problem. In this case, we need a video where we can see how the interface power is connected and whether the LEDs are on after the power is turned off and then on, and if the red LED is on, what's going on by pressing the mode button.
