Hello,
I have bought a CS9100 (not RV) as the RV says it's discontinued. I am wondering if it would be possible to add/solder the appropriate socket for "V IN" Video Input to allow the addition of a camera/dvd etc. If i added this socket, would the Video In be functional? Would a firmware/software modification be needed also?

Hello

Your wish make CS9100RV from CS9100 may come true, in fact. But after certain mainboard revisions
To ensure that you have appropriate modification for the revision, you'll need to disassemble your CS9100. Please NOTICE that after disassembling warranty cover will be automatically canceled. After the device will be disassembled, make high quality of the mainboard from the both of it's sides and post them in this topic. Our technicians will say whether it's possible to make CS9100RV from your device.
Firmware upgrade is not required.
