Set the following to autorun: System->Auto Run Navi ON, select Navi path: SDMMC Disk/Menu/Menu.exe

I have the Menu files, but cannot get the navigation software to run properly under the menu. It runs once, then on second attempt says it can't find the global cfg file (IGO Primo). How do you setup the icon on the main menu for this to work?

The menu doesn't have the impact on iGo. Check, whether global cfg folder is for /igo/content and whether it is designed for this build.
If you press the icon, you will see the pop-down menu, through which you can set the path to the file and much more.
