Error on CS9100 Navigation Box for Kenwood

I have opened the GPS box (loosing the warranty, don't metter)
After substitute the gsm receiver modul (M2150) the signal GPS never fail again (10 euros resolve these problem)
The error on program:
STARTER.EXE
ExceptionOxC00000FD
Adress 8C4383F4
I can not resolve because Starter.exe was a program on windows folder, and can not be moved or changed. When i use onother menu of navigation i do not have these error.
I ask to you a new SD card with Garmin for windows CE 5.0 (i pay it by PayPal), as well one menu with all programs was installed in the SD Card.
