JVC Cable JVC-TC1 for Navigation Box CS9100

Hi, I have an AVX820 with OE-REMOTE plug, so it seems I can connect to a 9100 navigation box but all other suppliers say JVC-TC1 has to be connected to POSITION OUT, which I don't own.
So, are you sure JVC-TC1 cable goes into OE-REMOTE? (This would serve steering wheel)

say that JVC-TC1 has to be connected to POSITION-OUT, which I don't own.
I have OE-REMOTE instead, which is supposed to be used for steering wheel, as stated in
documentation.
