My new CS9100 won't work properly on my 2004 Lexus 430 LS.
I have contacted by e-mail the tech support team and got an initial response but none afterwards despite several follow up messages

Aftet installing/connecting/initializing/synchronizing ... etc the system as per the instruction procedures, the only system response I get is a windows-like start up tone but no visual acreen output at all! The screen shows the message "external system not connected">
Since my attempts to contact the support team seem to have gone into a black-hole, I thought someone in this forum can be helpful. Please!
