new CS9100 Won't work for first time on 2004 Lexus 430

My new CS9100 won't work properly on my 2004 Lexus 430 LS.

I have contacted by e-mail the tech support team and got an initial response but none afterwards despite several follow up messages !

Aftet installing/connecting/initializing/synchronizing ... etc the system as per the instruction procedures, the only system response I get is a windows-like start up tone but no visual acreen output at all! The screen shows the message "external system not connected">

Since my attempts to contact the support team seem to have gone into a black-hole, I thought someone in this forum can be helpful. Please!

Thanks Chortenia for the reply. I truly appreciate your response. The attached Word file has the e-mail messages I exchanged with the tech support team. The file should give you a clear description of the problem.

The 14 pictures I sent are also attached in the RAR archive.

Video files for further details can be downloaded from the below links because they are too large to be attached. The links are also found in the Word file attached since I had sent them before to the tech support team.

As I have double-checked the connections several times, I feel the CS9100 system I recieved might be defective. I was hoping to have a better experience, if not from the CS9100 at least from the support quality. I was actually planning, if successful, to buy few as gifts for friends. You may,Chortenia, restore my hope

Try to swap the places of wires that go to AVC-LAN+ & AVC-LAN-.
Please, write if it helped.

If it does not help, you will need to replace NAV2NAV controller.

I will try it first thing tomorrow (God willing) and let you know the outcome. I assume you want me to swap points 2 & 12 on the NAV2NAV. Right?

Unfortunately, swapping points 2 & 12 changed nothing !

I assume you have reviewed the pictures I sent you and have not identified any problems. I understand that you recommend changing the NAV2NAV. Can you suggest any test to rule out/in the possibility of a defective NAV2NAV before returning it? If no, then what is the procedure for returning the item?
