Touch screen interface

Hi,

I have installed CS9200 Navigation Box with touch screen interface on my Audi A6 with 2G MMI system.
The navigation box works fine. However I can't make the touch screen to work properly.

I have the touch screen controller connected. The system has detected the interface as TUB1: driver. However the cursor on the screen has only limited movement at the lower right of the screen. Calibration fails to make it work properly.

I have made sure that all wiring are according to the manual. I have also tried both sides of the touch screen, as I wasn't sure which surface is the right surface, still it doesn't work.

What else should I check? Any suggestion?

Please, make video of boot process, touch screen pressing and calibration process, and post it here.
Video should be of good quality.

Dear Rudiman!

As far as I understand flexible touch screen panel has been installed. Such panels should be fixed on the surface that does not deflect. In case the surface deflects touch screen panel can break down.
Also please check connection polarity of touch screen panel and touch screen controller (3,4 page of the manual )
