problems with cs 9200

My car : lexus L's 430 -2004 model I already have cs9200 ..
When I fix it to the car it worked once after that display shows a massage says the external system is not connected
I figure out a way to make it works by make the switch on then I put power source to original box then back it again to cs ..
it works only for 3 mins then it automatically switched off but it self ...


Also I made the protocol Kenwood but the touch doesn't work ....


Also what about the rear camera how it will work ......


I need help and answers for all these Q


Previously I sent email's that shown all connections made properly .....
