Trying 26-11-2013 to see if it stops freezing and if I notice any improvements. Also, Navigon started complaining it can't use the external sdcard, what's going on? extsd is not accessible from apps? I'm going to try to map it to /sdcard/Navigon/map that way I can store the maps in the extsd (if apps are capable of writting to extsd... This is going downhill, support never got my touch working and now this...) IDK but im not a happy customer...

Hello!
We don't know how the Navigon works. For example, in the iGo settings file it is indicated where to look for the content. Everything is found on extsd.
As far as nonworking touch is concerned, if you are sure that you connected everything correctly and touch doesn't work anyway, contact the manager for repairs/replacement.

I found this app and tested it last night, seems to be working. Only difference is that instead of "external_sd" like many other devices I used "extsd" which is what this device uses could be that some software looks for a certain map name? IDK... But I got it working! :)

Dear friends,
I need your help to change the home launcher of CS9900.
I've chosen Launcher 4 as default launcher and now I'm not able to get back!
I'd like to change also the default home/launcher completely with something different available through Google Play. I know that this isn't possible officially, but I'm quite tech savvy and I'm not afraid to mess around with configuration files modifications.
I've already rooted the CS9900, but up to now I haven't been able to substitute / change home launcher.
So please teach me how I could manage this mod. Just some hints would be sufficient.
Thank you for your help

I found some old posts about Bluetooth hands free for this box. Is this going to be supported (or is already supported?)

I'd like to do handsfree calls and A2DP audio.

Hello.

Unfortunately, we don't have solutions how to change the OEM launcher. To return the selection of launchers 3 and 4? do the following: Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications. Find Launcher4 and select it. Hit the button that says Clear Defaults.

Lo he intentado varias veces y siempre he obtenido el mismo resultado.

After a couple of minutes the system began to go more slow, and on having touched the screen to select any icon it was late of 10 ones to 20 seconds in answering, it was to worse until he remained blocked completely and not answering neither to the control nor to the tactile screen. To be able to restart it I had to disconnect the power connector of the CS9900, when it restarted the same process took place, and if you do not unplug the cable of the CS9900 it does not answer. I it have tried several times and always I have obtained the same result. Please they might indicate the steps to me to continue to solve my problem, I think that it is a product which value is high and it should not give these problems. I wait for his response as soon as possible.

Good nights from Spain, graces for the rapid answer and for the contribution to solve the problems with my newly acquired system CS9900 carsolutions edition, for my Toyota Verso of December, 2012, I will prove tomorrow the update to see the results and I comment on the result to you.
It wanted to do to you besides a question, I have seen in one of his manuals of the CS9900, that the CS9900 can support " Mirror Link Function ", but that needs an application .apk, called HEADUNIT-DEBUG, they might say to me where I can obtain this application? I have looked for her for the net and have not found anything, or it is possible that he has translated badly the text?. I understand that it is possible to connect the smartphone to the system and to generate " screen mirror ", my smartphone is a Samsung S4.

Thank you very much again and pardon if the translator does not translate since is due.

Hello.
Mirror Link Function is available only for boxes with HDMI. We don't have such box in our product range, and apparently, won't have.

Thank you for his response, but I feel a bit cheated by this topic, in one of his manuals there comes specified that can realize this function and not to speak anything about HDMI, but of an application android.apk, in fact it was one of the motives to buy the article, if not why it was going to pay 500 Euros for an android 2.3, so ancient. My anger increases when one week later poneis to the sale a system android 4.1 with HDMI that yes might do this function and cheaper. I regret having this opinion but really I feel a bit defrauded, a companion of work also was interested in your products but I will not be able but to give him slightly positive references.

A greeting.

Thanks for your reply , I understand your explanations and I share is always necessary consulting the manual , so before buying I read the manual , and as you can see such a function is included in the manual, I attached photo showing what I say . And says nothing about HDMI , but on an android application apk .
That is why I reaffirm what expressed in the above post , I feel a bit cheated with this, should remove that information from your manual , it does not seem fair to pay for something that I'm really going to enjoy , and as I expressed was that feature one that led me to choose this product , especially when the product has a very old version of android .
Finally I think this is unfair to me, I had no blame for anything more than to buy one of his informing me before and at their manual products , and now I must do again , to pay for the new android 4.0 system that will you bring to market , which may itself perform that function because it takes HDMI ?
It seems a rather unfair ...

Regards,
Raúl
