PROBLEMS WITH INSTALATION

installed the multimedia interface on my BMW X5 2013 i already have a nag and a rear camera,I have 3 issues with he installation i bought this from you guys http://www.ebay.com/itm/251442160772?ss ... 1497.l2649

I installed it and i have image but no sound. i installed a civic one but no sound is pushed.

here are my 3 problems

1- no sound , i have dip switch 1 and 2 pushed on. i am connected on av 1
2- i cannot control anything from the drive how do i change aux from the idirve?
3- The installation instructions are very unclear i have some extra parts i am guessing those are for people who don't have a rear camera or a nag?

Hello.
1. The interface only commutes the sound. However, the sound is not played by the audio system. To do this, connect the audio cable from the interface on (AV OUT) to the AUX IN of the car.
2. What would you like to control by the i-drive?
3. What extra parts do you mean?
