Video interface on my ML320 CDI

Hi All,
I've got installed succesfully a video interface on my ML320 CDI Mercedes from an Italian specialist, in order to add a Retro camera and a vide input for my ham radio transceiver.
It works fine with the only small problem: both camera and tranceiver screens are a bit too left and the first character column get lost. It should be nice to center the video images, but I'm not able to enter the menu.
Acting on the remote control I can only change color saturation and light intensity, and none menu appears on the screen even pressing left Arrow for two seconds.
Is there a way change XY position of the screen ?

Hi.
Indicate either video interface model or better give the link to the website, or the car model year.
Also take a look at the video interface manual. Usually, it's written there how to enter the factory mode (if available).
