Video Interface HDMI Mercedes-Benz NTG5.0 Model W447 V-Class

Hello,

I installed today the video interface IW04-MB14-N with HDMI in the Mercedes V-Class to the Command Online system.
So far so good.
In combination with iPhone 7 or The Apple TV 4 connected I've got perfect image. But no sound!!
I tried the connection with audio through Bluetooth but I have a delay between audio and image.

Is there somebody who can help me with a solution?

Hello.
Video interface doesn't transmit sound to the OEM audio system. It can only switch between connected sound sources. You should connect the linear output of the interface (Audio OUT cable) to the AUX input of your car.

I tried today wat you said and unfortunately this wants also not working.

Because I have in the center console the media interface with only two USB ports.
En this one recognizes not the audio from the audio out of the media interface that we have mounted.
If I using the USB port with my iPhone connected I can play music without any problem.
But this audio signal is unfortunately not working.

So I have to find a solution for the original media interface of Mercedes to accept the audio signal.
But how ????
I you have any ideas please.

For example you may ask a dealer to activate the AUX input. These cars have it but it may not be activated. Also, you may try using an FM transmitter .
