I really do not understand how one can have audio, video yes, but the video will be without audio ? you must use an auxiliary socket?

Hello.
Video interface doesn't transmit sound to the OEM audio system. It can only switch between connected sound sources. You should connect the linear output of the interface (AV OUT cable) to the AUX input of your car.

According to your picture this is MMI2G system. In this case this video interface https://car-solutions.com/en/video-inte ... upport.php will fit. However, cars of 2010MY should be already equipped with MMI3G, so clarify which MMI version you have.
